This notice explains what personal information Happy Town collects through this website and what we do with it.

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Messages and enquiries. When you use a form on this site we collect what you type in, usually your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.
• Bookings. Play sessions, parties, memberships and gift vouchers are booked through our booking system at bookings.happytown.uk.com. The information you give there is handled under the privacy notice shown at checkout.
• Website statistics and advertising. If you agree to cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts. If you don't agree, these don't load. See our cookie policy.

Who we share it with

Our website host and email provider process form messages on our behalf. Google and Meta process statistics only if you've agreed to cookies. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email party@happytown.uk.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
