Accessibility information
Do I have to book?
We strongly recommend booking online before you set off, even in term time. If we have space we'll happily book you in at reception, but if we're full we can't let you in without a booking.
How long is a session?
Play sessions are 2 hours. Last entry is 3:30pm, and if you arrive after 3pm you can play right through to 5pm.
What if we're running late?
Don't worry, getting out the door with kids doesn't always go to plan. We allow 15 minutes either side of your booking. If you'll be later than that, give us a call, because on busy days we may need to move your slot.
Can I bring food and drink?
Only baby food. Everything else comes from our café, which also helps us keep the building nut-free.
Can I play with my child on the frames?
Of course. Grown-ups are welcome in the frames, but not in the ball pools or on slides, spinners or the zip line. That keeps everyone safe.
Is there a height or age limit?
Children up to age 11 and a maximum height of 145cm.
Can an older child look after a younger sibling?
Sorry, no. We're an adult-supervised centre, so a grown-up has to be with any child who needs help. Teenagers can't take on that role.
Do you take cash?
Yes, we take cash and all cards.
Are you nut-free?
We don't keep any nuts in the building and we don't allow outside food. We can't guarantee what's in someone's bag, but if we spot a nut product it goes straight to an outside bin.
I need to change my booking. Can I?
Email party@happytown.uk.com and we’ll move it for you.
Can we stay longer than 2 hours?
Two hours is usually plenty, but if you'd like to stay you can book another session, as long as we're not full.
Do babies go free?
Under 2s are £3.00 Monday to Friday and £4.00 at weekends and in school holidays. Babies under 18 months have their own Baby Area with soft shapes, low climbs and space to crawl.
Is there enough for older kids?
Yes. The Fun Factory is built for 4 to 11 year olds, with twisty tube slides, a giant wave slide and a tower to climb. There's also a netted football pitch and an arcade.
Are you open on rainy days and in the school holidays?
Yes. We're indoors and open 7 days, with stage entertainment every weekend and school holiday. Holidays get busy, so book before you set off.
